Welcome to Minprovise!
Minprovise is an Australian owned mining services and engineering company specialising in the supply, on-site service and off-site repairs of crushing and conveyor equipment.
Our core business is providing on and off site service and support for hard and soft rock crushing equipment. We have a highly skilled site services team that specialises in the service of fixed plant, bulk materials handling and heavy mobile mining equipment. Our facilities, staff and tooling are based around these activities, resulting in a high level of safety, quality of workmanship, experience and efficiencies. In addition to our planning & resourcing, field representation and workshop facilities, we also boast a dedicated engineering and design team with 2D and 3D capabilities.
Our range of mining products include Kawasaki and Kobe Steel crushers and crushing equipment; Quadroll hydraulic crushers; stackers and reclaimers; conveyor rollers, frames and belts; Araldite crusher backing and Wearguard; and EziTite hydraulic fasteners.
We also offer Australia’s leading mini loader, The Dugless 900.
With a height of 560mm, this rugged remote control loader can safely manoeuvre under operational conveyor systems and other inaccessible places to remove material spillage and blockages without causing any harm to workers or equipment.
We are proud to offer an all-round service to our customers. From supply and installation to after sales support and maintenance. Minprovise makes sure to listen to your objectives and assess the systems you are using. Only through this can we offer the best advice and suggestions so you can reach you goals proficiently and successfully. Our range of services and products is enough proof that we know what we're doing and that you can expect nothing but the best from us.

MATERIAL RECOVERY AND CLEAN UP!
We offer clean-up services for spilled materials aside from our site maintenance services. Our Dugless 900 (‘Little Duggie’) is a unique machine designed specifically to crawl under conveyors. It is remote-controlled and allows the operator to stand clear from harm’s way. It also reduces the risk of personal injuries such as back and muscle strains from manual labour. This also gives us the advantage of cleaning under and around gravity take up units without the need to isolate or suspend them. ‘Little Duggie’ helps reduce production downtime, as it enables us to clean under conveyors while in operation. It is also ideal in cleaning out culverts, storm drains, and under-passes because of the remote control operation.
Heavy Duty Telehandler Wet-hire
Among our fleet of mobile equipment are a 7-tonne and 21-tonne Heavy Lift Dieci Telehandler. These units are ideal for moving around heavy equipment in small areas or under covered areas where using a mobile crane is restricted. The Telehandlers are useful in yard clean-ups and moving around bulker bags and heavy components. With the 21-tonne unit, we have a 4.5 cubic meter tilt bucket that configures the machine into a high lift front-end loader, as well as a 21-tonne Rhino hook attachment that allows rigged lifts.

Mini loaders
Resource companies and other commercial organisations that rely on conveyor systems to move large quantities of raw material from once place to another are often vulnerable to delays caused by spillage. Whilst it is impossible to avoid this problem completely, it can be managed safely and effectively with the right equipment. We are happy to be able to offer our clients the Dugless 900, a remote controlled machine that measures only 56cm in height and that has been shown to be capable of moving 300 tonnes of iron ore in just 12 hours. Instead of waiting until spillages cause a breakdown in your system or having to shut it down anyway to allow a man and a shovel access to the problem area, your firm could use one of these machines to clear hard to get to areas with no disruption to production. A remote control loader offers many advantages.
Safe and reliable
Because there is no need for an employee to put themselves in danger when operating a Dugless 900, they are inherently safer than other options. Additionally, each unit boasts tilt and bump protection on the controller, three individual isolation switches on the machine and a warning horn to make other workers aware that it is operating nearby. An emergency stop button on the controller ensures that it can be stopped as soon as any danger is spotted and the device itself features flashing lights and a beacon, making it very hard to miss. If you are operating in an area where delays of any length can have a big impact on profits or where safety considerations are paramount, we recommend you take a closer look at this little beast. Ideal for use in quarries as well as many different types of mine, these remote control loaders are highly cost effective.
