Minprovise is committed to providing an effective Occupational Safety, Environmental and Quality System that encompasses the Health, Safety and Welfare of all our employees and the client’s employees.

Through the application and continued refinement of this policy, the elimination of all accidents/incidents and minimization of risks to our employees, we all will strive towards a Zero Frequency Rate.

Minprovise policy is to provide all employees with effective Training, Inductions, Resources and Processes to work in any environment to ensure the Safety, Health and Welfare of themselves and of those around them.

To achieve its goals, Minprovise shall:

• By management example consistently promote the Company’s safety values to employees.
• Provide and maintain effective safe work systems to ensure all employees are not exposed to risks and hazards.
• Ensure the provision of Occupational Rehabilitation for employees who have sustained a compensable illness, injury or disability at the workplace.
• Provide an effective training program to all personnel as required.
• Monitor and record the commitment and the compliance of all personnel with the Occupational Safety, Quality and Environmental Policy.
• Ensure that all employees and subcontractors embrace the same standards and requirements towards our Occupational Safety and Environmental Policy including and not limited to the safety, rehabilitation, protection and management of the environment.
• Ensure all machinery, tools, equipment and substances are provided and maintained in a safe condition.
• Continually foster cooperation and consultation throughout the Company to achieve our Safety, Environment and Quality objectives.

The commitment to providing a safe working environment rests with every individual. All individuals have the responsibility to identify, eliminate and manage risks associated with their workplace.

Minprovise Management shall be responsible for the implementation of the Occupational Safety, Environmental and Quality policy and to ensure that all personnel understand and partake in the management of Health and Safety.
