Crusher Backing application

Based on its long-term experience in developing impact resistant epoxies for the mining industry, Huntsman Advanced Materials offer a range of proven impact-resistant Araldite crusher backing ideal for lining wear plates in crushers, grouting machinery, setting anchor bolts, chocking of machinery.
The key properties are:
- Kit form allows easy on site mixing.
- Colored hardener ensures visual control of mixing.
- Flows easily.
- Formulations to suit site conditions.
- Meets Green Building of Australia VOC specification on Office Design V2 and V3 IEQ-13 and Interiors V1.1 IEQ-11.
We carry extensive stock of Araldite backing material at our warehouses in Western Australia and Queensland, Australia. We have found Araldite to be the premier brand of crusher backing material and recommended strongly by a significant number of crusher maintenance specialists.
Product range:
Araldite Kit K 75-2 Slow: – A two-component, epoxy system for the backing of wear lining plates in crushers. Once cured, it features high compressive strength, excellent impact resistance and good environmental stability. At higher ambient temperatures (typically above 20oC) use K75-2 Slow. See attached TDS for specifications.
Araldite Kit K 75-2 Standard: – A two-part, epoxy system specially formulated for backing of wearing lining plates in crushers. Once cured, it features high compressive strength and good environmental stability. At lower ambient temperatures (typically below 20oC) use K75-2 Standard. See attached TDS for specifications.
