Earthtechnica was formed in April 2003 by integrating the crusher and environmental equipment businesses of both Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Kobe Steel.  In 2008,  the company was completely subsidised by Kawasaki Heavy Industries to become its affiliate company.

Taking full advantage of technologies for ‘Crushing, Grinding and Separation’ , EarthTechnica have globally developed four types of business consisting of crusher / grinder mill, steel casings, environment related equipment and powder processing equipment.

As a leader of comprehensive manufacturers of crushing and grinding equipment in Japan and as a pioneer enterprise of environment-related equipment, powder processing equipment, and steel casings, EarthTechnica will continuously develop products with global quality while quickly meeting the needs of the next generation.

Yachiyo Manufacturing Complex

The Yachiyo manufacturing complex manufactures highly reliable products under an integrated production control and quality assurance system, from engineering to manufacturing and to technical services. The plant approaches ‘manufacturing’ by making full use of the companies advanced manufacturing facilities and knowledge to always take immediate action in the global environment area.

Yachiyo Technical Centre

Yachiyo Technical Centre offers solution packages for enhancing the efficiencies and performances of production facilities. It is equipped with crushers, grinding mills, environment-related equipment and small test facilities. Through the operation of test equipment and manufacturing of product samples, the centre contributes to the development of new products and technologies.

 Engineering

Earthtechnica have developed an expert plant system, capable of the flexible preparation of plant layouts, flow sheets and material balances, which has received favourable recognition from customers. They promote global operations, taking advantage of cutting-edge manufacturing facilities consisting of large crushing machinery to precision instruments, various dedicated facilities and high engineering expertise accumulated over many years.

Research and Development

In close cooperation with the Technology Development Division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Earthtechnica use their knowledge of basic and applied technologies to develop new materials and products that meet the increasingly advanced, complex and diversified needs of industries around the world.
