The Kawasaki KG09515~KG16529 Primary Gyratory Crusher is capable of product size adjustment without stopping operation.

Features:

Simple Discharge Set Adjustment – the discharge setting is adjusted by the amount of oil in the hydraulic cylinder installed at the bottom of the shaft.
Preventing the main shaft from falling down – If a large ore enters the crushing chamber, the main shaft may develop a jumping action. To prevent the main shaft from falling down, the hydraulic support for the mainshaft is maintained by raising a piston within the balance cylinder which contains oil and air.
Capable of re-starting while loaded – If the crusher stops during operation it is not necessary to remove the raw material from the crushing chamber. Instead, ores in the crushing chamber can be discharged by lowering the crushing head using the hydraulic system.
Heavy Duty Spider Bearing – The large spherical bearing is equipped as spider bearing for receiving large crushing loads and long life.
