Minprovise Site Services is a specialised maintenance service provider primarily focused on reducing the risks and associated downtime with the maintenance of mineral processing equipment. We are nationally recognised for our commitment to customers and provide a complete service from Project Management, equipment supply, installation, repairs and maintenance. Our staff retention allows us to ensure that highly skilled, safety conscious experienced personnel are available to resource projects and our tooling, fleet and ancillary equipment ensure that we are able to deliver our services efficiently and to the highest standard with little or no impact on our customer’s business.

Our Eastern Australian facilities include offices in Brisbane and Mackay and a workshop in Mackay. We have a dedicated experienced team that are able to assist you with Project Management or a complete team for any of the following issues.

Installations: Minprovise supplies and installs crushing equipment. As Original Equipment Manufacturer Agents, we source only the best crushing equipment available in the mining industry. Our range includes internationally recognised Kawasaki and Kobe Steel crushing equipment, comprising of Gyratory, Cone, Jaw and Impact Crushers.

Shutdowns, Repairs and Maintenance: This is our core business for site services along with the supply of our OEM equipment that we can install and maintain. We can offer you repairs and maintenance from the ROM dump station through to your stock piles. The processes we use for repairs and maintenance of your crushing equipment ensures reliability, improved production capabilities and reduces the risks of breakdowns. This is emulated with any activity we undertake including screens, feeders, sizers, breakers and conveyors. The team of skilled personnel at Minprovise can provide the Project Management, skilled personnel, tooling and ancillary equipment to carry out all necessary crusher maintenance quickly and efficiently. Our focus is to apply a range of current technologies to improve equipment performance and reduce the time required for maintenance.

Breakdowns: Breakdowns will inevitably occur when least wanted causing loss of production. Minprovise can mobilise project teams, tooling and ancillary equipment quickly to site to inspect and repair the broken down equipment, therefore returning the plant to optimum productivity.
