Minprovise Site Services is a specialized maintenance service provider primarily focused on reducing the risks associated with the maintenance of hard rock mineral processing equipment.  We are nationally recognised for our commitment to our customers and provide a complete service from project management, equipment supply and installation to repairs and maintenance.We have experienced strong continual growth which can be attributed to our commitment to providing a professional service. We undertake a fully prepared approach to all works as the norm. Our focus on procedures, correct manpower and tooling ensure coherence to project timetables, generating efficiencies and minimise workplace risk. Safe Work Procedures are developed prior to project commencement with all steps and tooling outlined.  Team members involved with tasks perform Job Safety Analysis to identify and eliminate any associated job specific risks prior to commencement and “Take Fives” are also carried out by all members to survey any change in environment that may occur.

Our Perth facilities include offices and workshop facilities in Carlisle, and an Off-Site Repairs workshop in Maddington.

Installations

Minprovise supplies and installs crushing equipment. As Original Equipment Manufacturer Agents, we source only the best crushing equipment available in the mining industry. Our range includes internationally recognised Kawasaki and Kobe Steel crushing equipment, comprising of Gyratory, Cone, Jaw and Impact Crushers.

Shutdowns, Repairs and Maintenance

Repairs and maintenance of crushing equipment ensures reliability, improved production capabilities and reduces the risks of breakdowns. The team of skilled personnel at Minprovise can provide the project management, skilled personnel, tooling and ancillary equipment to carry out all necessary crusher maintenance quickly and efficiently. 

Breakdowns

Breakdowns will inevitably occur when least wanted causing loss of production time. Minprovise can mobilize a project team, tooling and ancillary equipment quickly to site to inspect and repair the broken down equipment, therefore returning the plant to optimum productivity.
